XML Conformance Tests from Mary Brady on 2001-06-12 (xml-editor@w3.org from April to June 2001)

There has been additional interest in getting the 
OASIS XML 1.0 Second Edition test suite to a 
more stable condition.  Would there be any 
interest on the part of W3C to transfer this 
work from OASIS to W3C?  I would be more 
than happy to lead and/or participate in an 
effort to update this work, and would hope 
to get additional help from others.
