No, because that's incorrect.  The media type is for SOAP 1.2 envelopes
and all other versions of SOAP that are compatible with SOAP 1.2; that
does not include SOAP 1.1, SOAP 1.0, or SOAP 0.9.

Does anybody else agree with John on this?
