Asir, See attached artical. I regard XMLschema, XDR, DTD and SOX as 'fixed' schemas, i.e. the XML must look a certain way to be correct. I se Schematron and any rules based 'schema' as dynamic, as I can satisfy the rules with mor ethan one XML file. Martin M.E.
