Based on several discussions, we have broadened the scope of the
proposal to allow both semantic Web services discussions, as well as
others (e.g. the architecture style discussions that Mark was talking
about).

The charter only mentions one mailing list for now. However, should
the traffic generated by one particular area of discussion necessitate
a new list, such a list will be created (in reference to the
"subgroup" discussion above).
