On a related note, i did wonder if the wsa:ReplyTo address (or some such) identifies the endpoint URI, is there an issue in routing the message back to originating binding or operation? i.e. if more than one binding shares the same endpoint URI and/or more than one operation uses the same response message, it is possible to publish an ambiguous WSDL. i guess this is similar to the "which operation" issue and could benefit from the same resolution/text.
