are published at http://lists.oasis-open.org/archives/wss/200209/msg00039.html That gives one a good sense of their plans and perspective. Basically they plan, as I read the minutes, to polish the WS-Security spec, incorporate "addendums" from its authors, and clean up references to specs and IP that haven't been submitted to OASIS. They hope to have a draft in March/April next year. There is a brief mention of their plans to have a liason with the W3C WSA WG via Hal Lockhart. There is also some discussion, which I can't quite follow, of plans to start follow-on and spin-off TCs to pursue other aspects of Web Services security. (There is mention that creating OASIS TCs is easy compared to the process for creating W3C WGs). Comments? Clarifications?
