Suggested dropping one item, and splitting another into two points.

Also, for any change to doc that I am proposing I would like a five minute 
guillotine - i.e. if these changes are not obviously consensal changes then 
let's not make them.

This was a request for input from Peter or Ian on possible RDF changes.
I have receieved such input and I am now confident in opposing the 
proposals on RDF Core - *I* have no further needs here, although the WG may 
wish a brief discussion. Peter's comments are visible on www-rdf-comments.
