Requirements Document: Last Call Version?

Hello,

I have attached the latest version of the requirements document. Updates
since last version include:

- changed title to "Web Ontology Language (OWL) Use Cases and
Requirements"
- normalized capitalization in section headings
- renumbered the requirements so as not to skip the numbers of the two
requirements that were demoted to objectives
- fixed some coding to be XHTML compliant
- updated copyright section
- added patent disclosure statement
- removed list of "major changes" from the status section
