EDITORS IMPORTANT: Last Call Candidates

Editors-
  Please send pointers to the Last Call Candidate documents to the 
working list, making sure that you have checked and feel you have 
addressed all the issues in the reviews of your documents.
  We realize there may be changes to the documents pending the results 
of our new  issue, but we need to have near final documents ready to 
keep the process moving.

p.s. The chairs asked that these be prepared by 2/20 - so we know 
most of you have prepared these docs, we just need to make sure we 
have the appropriate pointers to them.
