Update: XML syntax document & Schema (draft for W3C Note)

Attached are XML presentation syntax document (draft for W3C Note)
and the latest version of the XML Schema for the XML syntax.
These are updates of the previous version [1].  The document is not
finished yet. (actually all the appendices are not included for now).
Anyway, I will further work to be completed (hopefully in a week or so...).

Note: the stylesheet for the transformation from XML syntax to
RDF/XML [2] (by Jerome) might not be fully compatible with the
latest version of XML Schema.  This is also a part of the remaining
work.
