XSLT transformation from OWL XML to OWL RDF

Hello,

	please find attached the current XSLT transformation from XML 
presentation syntax to RDF/XML syntax. It works fine and should be 
complete
with regard to the full XML Schemas. It pass all the tests of 20030203.

	Improvements have been:
  - adding copyright mention;
  - sticking to the schemas (which simplified ugly things);
  - beautified some output (minimized generated names);
  - closed lists with nil value;
  - added SameIndividualAs, DifferentIndividuals with ID;
  - added AllDifferent;
  - included the full treatment of Annotations.

	The known limitations of this transformation are:
  - ugly default namespace (major especially when generating #);
  - too many namespace declaration (minor);
  - often using about (minor).

	I should post soon a list of question regarding the results 
of the tests.

	My samples should be included in Masahiro's test suite.
