> "This will allow expressions like HasOnlyOne Father" If I understand your example, this seems awkward to me, as we've generally used noun-phrases for class names in the ontology language, and it's helpful to indicate clearly that one is describing a Property. How about FunctionalProperty? owl:FunctionalProperty father hasOnlyOne would be a nice name for a local restriction between a class and a property, e.g. Person owl:hasOnlyOne father Also, isn't it really HasAtMostOne?
