ADMIN: Next Face to Face meetings

ACTION JimH: send ftf schedule proposal

WOWG members - There are no dates which will make everyone happy, but 
the following will maximize participation given the constraints we on 
have

2nd Face-to-Face: To be held in the Netherlands on April 8 and 9. 
Frank van Harmelen to coordinate local hosting.

3rd face-to-face: The best dates look to be July 1/2 - we realize 
July 4 is a holiday, we hope to hold this meeting "somewhere nice" so 
you could bring your family and take advantage of the long break. 
Please let me and Guus know if you would be willing to host this 
meeting, or if there's some terrible conflict with those dates that 
he and I have overlooked.
