Dan would like to amend the proposal with some clear instructions to the
guide that says "Don't do that".  Dan was actioned to write up a few
sentences for the guide.]

Jim proposed approving 1,2, 3 and 5.
Jeremy noted that on 3 there are problems with xsd:duration.
