Yes. Unfortunately, a series of errors in judgement on my part put us in a
situation where the relatively straightforward fix is waiting through this
interminably long beta period. However, the beta seems to be shaping up so
hopefully this particular issue will be solved some time in the reasonably
near future.

Well, be fair. It's a) a bug, b) only manifests under obscure circumstances,
and c) only a single error. Anyone seriously using this as an argument against
Valid markup does not want to be convinced.
