His DNS is indeed broken. The squish.net/dnscheck dns checker says (among other things): 16.2% of queries will end in failure at 63.102.200.2 (NS1.CENTRALINFO.NET) - no such domain 9.5% of queries will end in failure at too many nested queries 12.7% of queries will end in failure at 134.48.1.31 (spool.mu.edu) - returned SERVFAIL code It doesn't help that the whole of "eu.org" is delegated to (among other things) "relay-1.ftel.co.uk", which is badly broken.
