Hallo, I have reached that many of my files the XHTML1.0-Standard fulfil. In XHTML version "strict" the attribute "border" is not allowed. How do I insert correctly gif-pictures (jpg-pictures etc.) in my htm-files (additionally with a link), so that also Netscape 4.75 do not show any blue frames? For example I see the gif-pictures on the website of the W3C quite below even with Netscape 4.75 without blue frames, just as here on this website --> http://www.w3.org/Mail/ I tried already how distribute in the result of the validator of the W3C, now only written with fictitious instructions: <a href="file.htm"><img style="border:0;width:xxpx;height:yypx" src="example.gif" alt="example" /> Unfortunately without success, it doesn't work and in addition I use colored backgrounds. Who can help me. Many thank in advance. Kind regards Peter
