That URL seems to refer to an index of documents that are changelogs. Translating changelogs doesn't sound like a useful thing, so you presumably mean translating the newest revisions. This is bit confusing, especially since the "download" links are those that allow us to _view_ the document normally! Besides, it is difficult to see how the material relates to the online material http://validator.w3.org/docs/ .
