But I was thinking big. How about an index list of errors by type, that link to the first instance of the error. Something of a summary of errors. (Someday it will be possible to XLink to all instances of the error.) The index report would come first, be compact, and give a good overview of what's up. In my use of the validator I often find that some errors get drowned out by pervasive errors of another type. An index would help me see all the problems and zoom in to examples as needed. Cheers, KC
