-----BEGIN PGP SIGNED MESSAGE----- Hash: SHA1 Are http URI's required for names spaces? Could I use fpi:... to identify a name space if I wanted to? I haven't looked over the specs yet, but I suspect I could. What we need is a guid scheme. That way I can identify my name space as guid:E30A0ACA5D32ED4C52E0D20381D5AEF7 A guid scheme would probably be useful for all sorts of other things. (Special thanks goes to HotBits <http://www.fourmilab.ch/hotbits/> for helping generate the above guid. ;-) - -- Russell O'Connor roconnor@math.berkeley.edu <http://www.math.berkeley.edu/~roconnor/> ``This is not a time, as it is never a time, to seek vengeance, but a time to seek the courage to forgive'' -- George W.
