Web Animations Feedback?

Hey folks - 

As noted on last week’s call, Sergey has produced a draft review on Web
Animations:

And so far I haven’t seen any feedback, discussion, pull requests, etc...
from the the TAG.  I think we should be keeping the work going on API
review - can I ask TAG members to please take a read-through on this draft
and feed back either here on the mailing list, on github, on twitter, via
carrier pigeon or in some other way?
