Preliminary thoughts on agenda for TAG telcon of 18 Feb 2010

I'm working on the agenda for the Thursday TAG call.  The pending review

ACTION-332 we've been holding for Tim's return on the 25th, so that leaves 
us just ACTION-278 and ACTION-388.  I believe that both will require 
substantive discussion, but this is a somewhat shorter agenda than we 
typically have.  So, if there are other actions on which you're making 
progress, please update the record accordingly and/or alert me if you have 
something additional you'd like on the agenda.

Note that we just received a request from Paul Cotton to consider 
ACTION-388, so I'll put that first.

I'll finalize and announce the agenda tomorrow, after I've had a chance to 
gather any responses to this note.  In the meantime, the agenda is in 
rough form at [1].  Thank you.
