       2. Escaping the # mark in XQuery 1.0 and XPath 2.0 Functions and
          Operators
          See XML Query + XSL WG request[10]

          2.0 Functions and Operators (CR)[13]

       3. issue NamespaceState-48[14]
          Last discussion[15] was in Edinburgh in September. According to
          this discussion, The Disposition of Names in an XML Namespace[16]
          should be an approved finding.

       4. Update on some issues
          Not much progress was made on the following issues recently. The
          goal is to review them quickly and decide about their priority.

                February 2005
             *  7. Issue DerivedResources-43[29]: last discussion[30] in
                Edinburgh
             *  8. Issue mediaTypeManagement-45[31]: last update[32] in
                October 2005
             *  9. Issue xml11Names-46[33]: last update[34] in October 2005
             *  10. Issue standardizedFieldValues-51[35]: no progress since
                the announcement of the issue
