Let me correct this slightly: "Chandra" is of course an x-ray observatory. I am suggesting that "Chandra" is a type of router that accepts photon (x-ray) signals from sources such as "ncg 1086" and transforms them into electrons, hence even objects many light years away might be considered to be "on the web" Jonathan
