Since I'm trying to get a grip on where all my specs are,
I figured I'd share my triage results with all of you. :)

CSS Backgrounds and Borders Level 3 (CR, fantasai)
   * Just resolved today to republish, action on W3C Staff.

CSS Conditional Rules Level 3 (CR, dbaron)
   * Contains changes that have not been republished.
   * Partial DoC with one resolved issue, status of edits unknown.

   * Pending CR publication, action on W3C Staff

   * Needs DoC + republication, issues *mostly* under control

Media Queries Level 4 (Florian, Tab)
   * Published this month!

CSS Scroll Snap Level 1 (Tab, fantasai, Matt Rakow)
   * Last published July, missing announcement
   * 4 open issues filed in August

CSS Text Level 3 (fantasai, Koji)
   * Partway through update: most Last Call comments addressed,
     comments since the LC period mostly unaddressed, multiple
     outstanding edits since 2013
   * Partial update posted to /TR, missing announcement

CSS Box Alignment Level 3 (TFTF)
   * Published August, missing announcement
   * Needs issue-resolution work

     Otherwise pretty stable.

CSS Sizing Level 3 (TFTF)
   * Needs some issue-resolution work.

CSS Selectors Level 4 (TFTF)
   * Blocked on fantasai's review to check for regressions,
     maybe she should print it out and get on with that.

CSS Ruby Level 1 (fantasai, Koji, Xidorn)
   * In stasis; outdated; needs everything.

CSS Pseudo-Elements Level 4 (fantasai)
   * Needs review of ::selection by people who implement ::selection
   * Needs more details on cascading/inheritance of pseudos
   * Otherwise mostly done

CSS Paged Media Level 3 (fantasai)
   * In stasis; outdated, but not as badly as Ruby; needs attention
     to backlog of edits/issues
