[CSSWG][css-grid] Updated WD of CSS Grid Layout L1

The CSS WG has published an updated Working Draft of the
CSS Grid Layout Module Level 1:

This module defines a new type of layout manager, the grid, which
makes it extremely easy to specify complex, responsive 2-dimensional
layouts for a page or components.

Significant changes since the last draft are listed at:

and a Disposition of Comments is available at:
   https://drafts.csswg.org/css-grid-1/issues-wd-20150917

This is effectively a Last Call Working Draft; the one significant
issue still open is:
   https://lists.w3.org/Archives/Public/www-style/2016Jan/0128.html
and, um, I need to delete lots of red text that's talking about
solved or deferred issues. :]
