The changes mention this:

    Added getStrokeBBox on SVGGraphicsElement to get the tight stroke
bounding box.

Though in the IDL of SVGGraphicsElement there is no getStrokeBBox()
function defined. Is it defined somewhere else or is the changes
section wrong here?
