[mediaqueries] "Relative units"

Is the term "Relative units" in
https://drafts.csswg.org/mediaqueries/#units referring to "Relative
length units" from https://drafts.csswg.org/css-values/#relative-length
? If yes, then it would seem clearer to just use the same exact phrase
and hyperlink that term. If not, how is it meant to differ from
"Relative length units"?
