[CSS-2015] Two minor comments on CSS Snapshot 2015

1)In “Status of this document”,

> When sending e-mail, please put the text “css-2010” in the subject, preferably like this: “[css-2010] …summary of comment…”
The “css-2010” should be “css-2015”.

2)In section 2.1 (CSS Level 2)

The informative paragraph in the CSS 2.1 spec says “The CSS Working Group encourages authors and implementors to reference CSS 2.2 (or its successor) instead of this document.”
However, I cannot find any information related to CSS 2.2 from the corresponding subsection of CSS Snapshot 2015.
I believe that we need to update the subsection.
