After nearly 5 years, the CSS WG has *finally* published a new CSS Snapshot: http://www.w3.org/TR/CSS/ which includes the new (circa 2012,really) prefix policy http://www.w3.org/TR/css-2015/#responsible The CSS Snapshot collects together the set of CSS specs that are known to be a stable implementation target, but may not yet have a full set of passing test results. It also includes guidelines on the responsible implementation of CSS, aka The Prefix Policy, which has been updated in line with the 2012 discussions at San Diego: http://www.w3.org/blog/CSS/2012/08/30/resolutions-53/ [Finalized wording for this was the hold-up to publishing an update; fantasai kept finding less scary things to do.] Now that we have Bikeshed, we plan to generate a lot of fun indexes to incorporate into the snapshot, so expect an update later this year. (Tab and plinss are working on those atm.) Please send any comments to this mailing list, <www-style@w3.org>, and please, prefix the subject line with [css-2015] (as I did on this message). For the CSS WG, ~fantasai
