Re: [css-fonts] "system" generic font name

I’ve attempted to document the major system fonts through the ages and to provide a stylesheet with @font-face rules that might appropriately define “system”.

So far, I have only documented OSX El Capitan to Kodiak, Windows 10 to 1.0, Android Lollipop to Cupcake, and Ubuntu.
