If you wouldn't mind to hang on for a bit, it'd be good for us to
survey some authors about expected behavior.

p.s. You know I'm one of the editors, yes? :) Tab's also interested
in having the <content-distribution> values distribute the tracks;
we just haven't had a chance to work out all the details yet.
