Yes. Fixed.

Indeed. The style sheet, at this point, is intended to cover all
the (X)HTMLs so far. :) Since a UA cannot distinguish between
XHTML1.1+Ruby and XHTML5, if it wants to support both these rules
will all go into the same default UA style sheet.
