Yeah, itís not quite HTML. Itís meant to be processed by Bikeshed (yes, 
thatís the name of the tool) which produces valid HTML.

I suggest to either use your imagination to read this, use Bikeshed 
yourself to get a rendered version, or bug Tab to publish and maintain a 
rendered version.
