The spec draft seems to say this, for what it's worth: The effect of ‘position: sticky’ on table elements is the same as for ‘position: relative’ which doesn't make sense to me at all.... Did it mean table internal elements? Even then it doesn't make sense, but it _really_ doesn't make sense for table elements. -Boris
