I forgot to note! The following (last remaining combination) position
actually makes sense:
- advocate shipping Regions with only elements-as-regions abilities
- advocate shipping Grid together with subgrids
because while elements-as-regions generally adds otherwise-unnecessary
elements, it doesn't require *stripping* otherwise-necessary elements--
which the lack of subgrids does!
