[css-grid] Computed value should make lengths absolute (grid-template-{columns,rows})

Hi,

The grid-template-columns and grid-template-rows properties currently 
have their Computed Value line defined as: "As specified, except for 
auto (see prose)".

This should also include "with lengths made absolute", as the value can 
contain <length>.
