Hi there. I started working on 'caret-color' and I have a first patch
for Gecko in [1] (written on behalf of Bloomberg). Bloomberg also has
an implementation for Chromium in [2] although I'm not sure that one
implements the 'auto' value that was discussed here a while ago.
