Yes, that's better. I wouldn't mind being completely explicit and adding something like: Hanging punctuation which included in the initial letter follows <a href="#sizing-initial-letters">initial letter sizing</a>. but if you think that's overkill, rephrasing "as normal" to "as usual" is probably good enough. - Florian
