[selectors] Bug: two copies of :required and :optional in overview

The table in section 2 ("Selectors Overview") contains two adjacent rows
for E:required and E:optional.  One of them has description "a
user-input element E that requires/does not require input" and level
"3-UI/4"; the other has the description "a user-input element E with
incorrect input" and level "4".  The first seems correct; the second
does not.
