[selectors] Formatting bug in 8.2 :visited privacy note

The note at the end of section 8.2 ("The Link History Pseudo-classes:
:link and :visited") about user privacy and abuses of the :link and
:visited classes appears to continue into the subsequent paragraph ("UAs
may therefore...") that does not appear as part of the note.  I think
the two sentences should both go in the same paragraph with
class="note".
