www.w3.org: old
dev.w3.org, dvcs.w3.org: new

Exception: CSS2.1. I don't know if CSS2.1 is more reliable than
css-box-3 or not, for example.

I think only one or two of the documents in www.w3.org are "formally"
obsoleted, but, you know, they are just old.

You might want to check the date of publication too.
