The CSS WG has published the CSS Print Profile as a NOTE: http://www.w3.org/TR/css-print/ This profile lists basic CSS features that are necessary in print applications, and was driven largely by the use of CSS in on-board printer engines. (I.e. it is not intended for use by anything that consumes Web content.) The primary changes since the last publication were to - Update references to CSS2.1 and CSS3 Paged Media - Refer to the 'object-fit' and 'object-position' properties from CSS3 Images instead of the 'fit' and 'fit-position' properties from an old WD of css3-page. (We also added a section allowing aliasing of the two, if needed by an implementation's legacy content.) - Change status from WD to NOTE. We don't expect to make any future updates to this spec and don't really want to maintain it. On the off-chance you have comments, this mailing list, <www-style@w3.org>, and please, prefix the subject line with [css-print] (as I did on this message). For the CSS WG, ~fantasai
