No. Unicode variation selector sequences are registered here
http://unicode.org/Public/UCD/latest/ucd/StandardizedVariants.txt

There isn't a clear case for using variation selector to determine 
whether the Iberian ordinal indicator characters are underlined or not, 
because there isn't a design-independent norm defined by Unicode.
