Also, in Section 4.4[1], the first paragraph after the types of rules currently states "[...] to keep content from overflowing page boxes [...]". I guess it should refer to *fragment containers* instead of *page boxes*, right? [1] http://dev.w3.org/csswg/css-break/#unforced-breaks
