The CSS WG has published a Last Call Working Draft of the CSS Shapes Module Level 1: http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/WD-css-shapes-1-20131203/ The specification describes geometric shapes for use in CSS, and allows these shapes to be applied to floats. The syntax for the basic shape functions has gone through a number of iterations since the last working draft, and keywords to use shapes from various layout boxes has been added. These keywords also replaced the old dependency on the box-sizing property. The interaction between shapes and floats was updated, and several examples now help explain wrapping and float stacking. All changes since the last published working draft are listed at: http://www.w3.org/TR/2013/WD-css-shapes-1-20131203/#20130620 Please send any comments to this mailing list, <www-style@w3.org>, and please, prefix the subject line with [css-shapes] (as I did on this message). For the CSS WG, Alan
