[css3-fonts] Political joke in font-feature-settings section

Found it in section 6.12 " Low-level font feature settings control: the font-feature-settings property":

	font-feature-settings: "palin" off;    /* good idea but invalid tagname */

I don't think this is appropriate to have political jokes in W3C spec. Regardless of your political preferences :)
