CSSOM-View repeatedly uses the term "scrolling box" but never defines it or refers to any other specification that might define it (and searching w3.org hasn't turned up anything that looks like a definition for it) For example, in the "scroll an element into view" algorithm, the algorithm loops over "each ancestor element or viewport that establishes a scrolling box" What is a "scrolling box"?
