It's not clear from that thread that the issue raised is a CSS21 issue. 
  It seems like a getComputedStyle issue.

Not sure what we can do about that.  You could try persuading Bert to 
give me access to the (member-only) Editor's Draft and allow me to add 
links to Bugzilla as and when issues get filed.
