[css3-exclusions] rename "SVG shapes"

Hi,

I would like to ask to rename "SVG Shapes"[1] from CSS3 Exclusions. The shapes seem to be really useful, but don't have a lot in common with SVG anymore. Also they are more powerful then the SVG pendents.

I would suggest "Basic Shapes" but even "CSS Shapes" is fine.
